What's in my MORPHD x Jimny setup?
Depends what set up you are after.
A premium adventure (full) set includes: tray, drawers, surround and battery.
A core adventure (semi) set includes: tray, drawers and surround (no battery).
You can purchase the tray and surround.

Can I buy products individually and not with the full Jimny setup?
Yes, you can!
We also have an option where you can buy the full set. This already includes tray, draws, surround and battery.
Does the setup include the fridge?
No, the fridge is not included in the MORPHD setup. This will need to be purchased separately.
What fridge will fit in the Jimny setup?
The Dometic fridge fits perfectly in our surround. Visit this link for dimensions and more details.
Does the setup include the battery?
Yes, if you choose the premium (full) adventure set, the battery with a built-in DC charger is supplied as part of the package. However, please note that no wiring is included, and installation will require a competent person to ensure proper setup.
No, if you choose one of the other set options. A battery will need to be purchased separately.
What battery will fit in the Jimny setup?
We use the XGO™ 110AH Slimline Lithium Battery - 12v 120A / 20A DCDC in our full adventure set. Visit this link for dimensions and more details.
What's the difference between your premium (full) and core (semi) adventure sets?
The premium set includes a battery, while the core set does not.
Do you customise the Suzuki Jimny XL (5 door)?
Yes, we do! We are in our very early days of product design. Watch this space and we will have something coming soon!
Can I still use the back seats in the Jimny XL (5 Door) setup?
Absolutely! Unlike the 3 door, our 5 door setup is designed to work with the seats in place.
Do you customise other/older Suzuki Jimny models?
Unfortunately we are currently focusing on the 2018 to 2024 Jimny models at the moment.
However, please reach out to our manufacturing parter, Metalmorphic Laser, hello@metalmorphiclaser.com.au, as they can assist with custom setups to suit your vehicle.

As of now, we're currently focusing on Suzuki Jimnys, but we're looking forward to developing products for many more cars! Stay tuned.
Customisation
Is the personalised text included in the full setup?
No, our full setup package doesn't include personalised text.
But we offer it as an add-on for AUD$100. You can select this when you order.
What's the character limit of the personalised text?
Maximum of 12 letters.
Can I choose the font of my personalised text?
We offer 2 options for your font - cursive and block.
What custom colours can I choose for my Jimny setup?
We have the standard Jimny colours to match your 4x4 beast. These include white, silver, grey, black, ivory, yellow, blue and green. We've also added red!
Can I customise my setup further? Do you over additional design and customisation services?
Please contact us at shop@morphd4x4.com.au to discuss in additional design requests you might have.
Installation
Do you offer installation?
If your in the South East Queensland region, you can visit our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast. We can install and do the wiring on your setup with an additional charge.
If you live further away, no worries! The setup is easy to install using all factory fixing points.
A video tutorial for installation is coming soon!
How easy is the setup to install and uninstall?
It's a two-person job and takes an estimated of 1 hour. The tray is super easy to install as we use all factory fixing points.
Can I do the setup myself? Or do I need to get help from a professional?
Our products are designed for a DIY install. But don't stress, if you need further help we'll be happy enough to refer you to a professional who can assist.
Do I need to remove the seats in my Jimny to install the setup?
When you install the setup in your Jimny, you won't have to take the seats out at all. They'll stay right where they are, just folded down.
I want to use my back seats while still have the setup installed in my Jimny. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, no.
If you ever need to use your back seats, you can take out the back seats as it's easily removeable.
The setup is also easy to install using all factory fixing points. It's a two-person job that take about 15 minutes.

How do I pay?
Payment can be easily take via our online payment gateways. However, if you prefer to pay via direct bank deposit or another method please contact us to arrange.
How long do custom orders take? What is your manufacturing lead time?
This will be dependent on the specifications of your order.
To give you a guide, the standard manufacturing lead time is:
Tray = 2 weeks
Tray + Surround = 3 weeks
Tray + Drawers = 3 weeks
Core (Semi) Adventure Set = 3 to 4 weeks
Premium (Full) Adventure Set = 3 to 4 weeks
How long before I receive my order?
Please review our manufacturing lead times as a guide, allowing for additional time for shipping. This will be dependent on where you are located.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Feel free to arrange a time to pick up your order directly from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Please contact us in advance via shop@morphd4x4.com.au.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. We don't ship internationally...yet!
We currently only offer domestic shipping options. We hope to ship worldwide soon.
Which locations in Australia do you ship to?
We ship nationwide. Our products are available for delivery across Australia.
How much is shipping?

Do offer express shipping?
